Unable to change my address

Having trouble changing my address for my mobile account, every time I try the web page tells me to "contact the person who registered you". Unfortunately I've lost my phone and can't call to clarify this (changing my address so I can get a new sim card, which I'm also not sure how to do without a phone), what should I do?
