SIM only contract

Hi, we took a contract our for our daughter last year (ends 31 March 2016) as she was only 17.

She's 18 now and as the contract is soon ending would like to upgrade to the new SIM only deal (unlimited text and calls and 4GB data) - ideally keeping her old number - and have it changed over to her name.

How do we go about it?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

A transfer of responsibility may be possible here. If you have multiple numbers under one account then I'm afraid this wouldn't be possible because you'd have to cancel all numbers you see.

 

You can do this by calling the team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile, 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. Alternatively, you can speak to the web chat team.
