I've just looked in to my online account and can see 'Charges above your tariff since last bill: £20' . My bill contact is only normally £12 a month, so how come I've got additional charges?
If I look at the 'view my recent usage ' link it says 'what you've used' total amount £0.00 - and there is nothing showing as costing extra over and above my inclusive tariff.
I don't believe I've gone over my allowance, So why am i getting billed extra or is this an error????
