So, I'm not a VM customer anymore and haven't been since January but i keep getting intermittent texts telling me my mobile bill is ready to be viewed (on an account that doesn't exist). I'm concerned that I'm going to get billed for something.
After going through the rabbit hole of trying to get money back from Virgin before don't want to do it again. So would someone be able to check it out for me or even just explain whats going on?
