Hello, I recently requested to get a contract out with VM on the 24th of April 2016, all went through okay, got an email yesterday saying about my order, theres some technical difficulties their end, it would take 48 hours. I tried logging into my account on a pc, laptop, phone and tablet but get the same thing; "Oops something went wrong, try again in a moment". Ive tried calling customer service but get no where!!! Does this mean my credit has failed? Or does it generally mean VM are having technical issues? Will keep updated! Thanks.
