I am being pushed from pillar to post....! How do I cancel?

I am trying to get Virgin New Business to send me a credit agreement following my order this morning of a phone and tablet. I have contacted sales, been transferred to billing and transferred back to sales, where I am told it will take me an hour to get through! The level of response is shambolic, and when I called in at my local store to resolve, all they could suggest were more numbers to ring, which just took me back to where I started. Worse than useless.

How do I cancel this order, which is becoming a nightmare?
