Final Bill after leaving


I transferred my mobile number to another provider and have now received my final bill from Virgin.  As always the email says to log in to 'Your Account' to pick up the bill.  When I log in the account is no longer there.  Makes sense because the number is no longer a Virgin number but why put that in the email.  How do I view the bill now?

This is typical of the issues I've had since moving to Virgin.  I am glad I have moved.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having trouble viewing your final bill. I understand it's important to keep a track of what you're paying for.


How long after receiving the email did you wait to access the account?

Is there something wrong with the bill?

Is it higher than you expected?


If you still want to view it then you'd have to contact the team on 0345 6000 789 and they'll be able to send one out for you.
