continued inaccurate billing

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO to get VM to issue me with a correct bill ?  
I've wasted hours waiting for almost non-existent  customer service and when I finally get to speak to someone they always promise to correct the errors my bill. Logged in today and still incorrect, There are at least 3 different amounts depending on who I speak to. WILL SOMEONE FINALLY  SORT OUT THIS MESS FOR ME  ??  What does it take VM to apply a little intelligence to this matter ??

Sincere apologies for your price not being correct, are you able to expand on what the monthly rate is meant to be?

Also is it the monthly rate that is incorrect or are there extra charges?
