Terrible service

I have had no on demand services for six months, internet tv has never worked, my 2 g service runs between 2 and 20, instead of the 200mb I pay for.  The tv menu continually freezes, I have been calling and getting promises to call back with no return call. Over 8 times I have called to resolve the issues at 20 mins a time and get no help, just empty words. I am supposed to have the best package but my basic package from sky was better than this.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 


I'm really sorry to hear that your On Demand isn't working. Checking the account things are looking goo in terms of signal levels however the Smart card numbers are showing as mis matched. This could be what's stopping the connection. 


Give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 for them to match everything back up and this will get things working Smiley Happy
