I recently changed the TV element of my package as I didn't feel I was getting value from it.
A couple of days later I was called by one of VM's "outbound teams" and was offered a 12 month package with a very tempting offer - but we were cut off before I could confirm.
I have tried to get back in touch as I'd like to take up the offer - but none of the "inbound teams" can match it and their attempts to get "outbound" to call back have resulted in nothing. This seems crazy as you're missing out on more ££ per month!
Are you able to find a way of making the original outbound offer again?
