I recently received a new TIVO box and inside was a note to say to take the old unit to a recycling location to dispose of it, which I did. Virgin are now asking me to send the old unit back, which i do not have anymore. Any ideas guys ??

The teams have checked in with the set top box recovery teams and been able to support you with this. As you have had the notification from us previously not to return the equipment to us, this has been noted on your account.
