I have had broadband for a year now. I have just added tivo to my package. Now when I go onto my Virgin media my account number is diffrent and it is not showing that I have broadband. Also my bill has randomly had £200 added. Did they cancel my Internet by mistake? Fed up with mediocre service from customer service's. They had my flat number mixed up with another customers . I called 6 times to change that. It has eventually changed. Have they given me his account? I'm so confused! Has anyone experienced similar?
