Hi there, to whom I have the pleasure of addressing? My query is, I've just begun a 12 month broadband deal with landline of course. I'd just had an 18 month deal. I was credited £18 to me and £4 off monthly cost, which actually said it lasted for 18 months. Now I've saw an email recently & it says the £4 off only lasts till September. So much for me being a loyal customer with a tick next to it. I was given the credit & £4 off as a deal as I was going to leave because my monthly cost had went way above what my deal was. I'd truly appreciate it if you could give me advice on this +an email address. It seems to be nigh impossible to email Virgin. They want you to call a 03 number, at goodness knows what cost. I only use my mobile (Not Virgin) Using that would probably cost me £1-£1-50 a minute. Grateful pre-thanks. LestheSaint
