I know I have an engineer booked to install my package upgrade on the 15th March, I just want to make sure it's 100% still there as I have been waiting for about 3 months now for an engineer to install my upgrade, I'd rather not wait another 3.
Can someone give me a link to the appointments page or help me please?
Then pop a quick call into 0345 454 1111 from any phone / 150 from a VM phone and ask to see if it is still booked in (it should be.) Otherwise use the Webchat's account and billing sub options to query it on Monday.
