Cannot see my engineer appointment!

I know I have an engineer booked to install my package upgrade on the 15th March, I just want to make sure it's 100% still there as I have been waiting for about 3 months now for an engineer to install my upgrade, I'd rather not wait another 3.

Can someone give me a link to the appointments page or help me please?

Did you check the 'my orders' link in My VM? (in case it is listed there.)

Sometimes engineer appointments don't flag as being booked in the My VM area (bug of some sorts), so if you don't see it listed here, link:

Then pop a quick call into 0345 454 1111 from any phone / 150 from a VM phone and ask to see if it is still booked in (it should be.) Otherwise use the Webchat's account and billing sub options to query it on Monday.
