When I have tried to access bills online for the last 8 months or so I have up till today given up as all I get is a white screen for ages. Today I persisted and called VM - while waiting the white screen eventually went to bills screen "yay" - now when clicking on a PDF or Show bill it is back to the white screen again for ages. Tech reckon it is my problem (your PDF software needs updating) - sorry but the same thing happens when you click on Show Bill and that is after waiting ages to get the Bill screen to come up in the 1st place. I have a life so give up, why does no one at VM see this is there website problem. Anyone else seeing this?

Usually issues like this are down to the user equipment or connection. As we use the same software for all customers, we'd have a huge report where every customer was experiencing the same thing if the issue was at this end, as you've suggested.
What browser are you using? Try using a different one to see if this helps.
If not then make sure all updates on your PC are done.
