slow broadband

up to last year our broadband worked fine since then it got worse slow so we went for the new superfast hub  one day with little or no difference. example my daughters x box can be fine for one day then for the next 10 or so it  lags. switching to other items the lag continues then its back to ok. for a day

Sorry to hear you're connection on the xbox one is intermittent. I've checked your connection from here and everything looks fine from here. Your power levels, SNR and area contention are all healthy.

I may have only checked your connection when you're not seeing this issue. The next time you get this slow down could you post your network stats from the hubs config page? 

Also is the xbox connected wired or wireless?
