Hi since I have been up greaded to this new broadband Im constantly having lag issues and dropping connection with the gaming server. I never had this issue untill the new router was installed. I contacted the help team and was told it was because I was using windows 10 and told to go back to my windows 7. Ha bull I did not believe that this is the issue as it worked fine before the up grade.
Why get us to up up grade knowing there aren issues with your equipment having to be tweaked
I am not prepard to sit on the phone rebooting the equipment and then being told we will have to make an apointment for a engineer to visit.
I have now been informed that the price is going up for a poor service , my area is nown for constant issues and I am looking to get a different provider after a long time with Vergin.
