hi, my superhub keeps dropping my connection constantly and this is also causing gaming related issues with lag and matchmaking and its frustrating me out. ive checked my network log and its full of t3 timrouts with critical priority, i dont know what tht means but there is something wrong with my connection. can someone help please?
Sorry to hear about the connection problems, I'd like to run a few checks on your service, however your Hub is reporting as offline at the moment, could you please make sure it's turned on and drop us a quick bump back here, we can then run some real time checks on things.
If your Hub isn't off by design, again let us know, as we made to arrange for an engineer visit.
