Fed up with continued bad ping/packet loss. My kids are finding gaming impossible. Getting kicked and banned from games due to drops. Fed up also of complaining about the same issues. We are on the fastest broadband package to try to resolve these issues but it is making no difference.Been a customer for 20 years but have to now seriously consider leaving.
Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear of the issues experienced when playing online,
I've run a few checks on your connection and there are some problems with the modem SNR (signal to noise ratio) which we will need to book an engineer visit for. There is also a ticket open for peak time contention with a review date estimated for 04/11/2015.
Are they playing online over a wired or wireless connection?
