Cannot connect to PSN via wireless connection

Hi All,

I'm new here so I'll try and keep it short and sweet. Basically, my brother and I have just got a new PS4 but it wont connect to PSN. Our old PS3 was fine up until about a year or so ago when it randomly stopped connecting to PSN but we paid it no mind since we had stopped playing it. Now that we've replaced our old console it seems as if we're encountering the same problem.
Whenever we test the connection it says it's successful so it's connected to the WiFi but it cant download updates or connect to the PSN. Any help on this situation would be much appreciated as I have seen that many people with the same problem.

Thank you in advance Smiley Happy

Re: Cannot connect to PSN via wireless connection

Have you tried logging into the superhub & changing the firewall setting from medium to low, then trying the PSN sign-in? Smiley Wink
