I have a new account and should have received bills by now. I need to know what is being charged, I opted for paying by pay point but yet have not received any paper bills.
I cant access my virgin media to sort it out because i don’t have a bill with the area code and account no on because they have all been sent to the virgin email account which I cant access and I cant access it with out a bill. Its infuriating! What a rubbish set up! I wish I had chosen a different company and I want to swap as soon as I can. The service is really slow, and they are impossible to contact. And this forum is such a **bleep**py way to do it.
Given the nature of the fault, I can certainly understand your frustration and would suggest that you call in; the number is 151 free from a Virgin landline or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone. I am unable to handle billing, account information issues over the forums, but one of my colleagues could certainly look into sorting something out for you over the phone.
