Hi, I currently have virgin broadband,TV and Internet. Te TV a awful and we've had no end of problems.
How do I remove the TV off of the package?? Is there a charge?
you can talk to the customer retentions dept on 150 (free from a vm landline) option 5,2 or 08454541111 (call charges may apply) choose the option for leaving us
they will be able to deal with this sort of question.
