I am getting this message when trying to log into webmail:
I am using OSX 10.6.8
Firefox / Safari / Chrome all give the same error.
Although I can log in, sometimes straight away or eventually, I have this error every day and more often than not. I have to relaunch my browser 2-3 times to resolve it.
It's getting quite frustrating and I don't understand why it has started to happen.
I used to be able to log in fine without any problem.

I had/have the same error, called VM and was told that this is an issue as they are joining all the VM domains (ntl, virginmedia etc) on one server. On asking why I was not informed they said that I should have received a letter, I never did. On asking when it would be resolved, they said 2-3 weeks ! They gave me a back door entry for ntlworld email account: type in the http window, mail.ntlworld.com may work for other VM email addresses.
