I wish to have my bill details (paid by direct debit) displayed via an email address I can use anywhere (i.e. internet cafes, libraries etc). When attempting to change from paper snailmail billing to ebilling, I logged in my account details, and was told that I already had a virginmedia email account, and presented me with details of an email account which I haven't used for years, do not wish use, and have no way of accessing, as far as I know.

However, I was given no way of immediately changing the email account into one which I wish to use.


Can anyone give me some helpful suggestions (other than ditching Virginmedia, which I'm seriously thinking of doing, considering their ludicrous landline charges).
