For a good few weeks my BBC channels have been breaking up and freezing. We do not watch these channels much so haven't bothered to contact about them but now our Internet is down. I have tried resetting the Virgin tv box and the Modem and wireless router but this does not solve the problem. We had the exact same problem last year and had engineers come and look at it. They tested the signal into our flat and found we had virtually no signal strength which was due to the cable outside the property being spliced too many times. I feel this is the same problem again. I would phone up but do not actually have a house phone so can't dial 150 and it cost me a small fortune in mobile calling to sort an engineer coming out last time. Please can we arrange a engineer to come and look at this problem. Thank you.
