Just trying to get some clarification on this issue.
03 numbers are included in the call packages on the website.
Is a 0345 number then also included, as this has a 03 prefix attached to the number?
Lookin at their "non-geographic" call charges, it falls under band N3, the same as 03 calls as well.
The reason is that my housing has 0845 numbers, and then recommend calling 0345 from a mobile phone instead?
However, if 0345 is free from my landline, when I am in my free calls time, I would start using this number instead. We have already spent £8 caling on their 0845 number, so hoping to save money here.
Thanks for the help and clarification.
