I am unable to receive a resetting password email for my email account. Instead, my wife who is the account holder receives the message requests. Can anyone assist?

There can be only one account holder. Can't you ask your wife what her email says?

I think it asks if she has requested a change of password and to contact VM if she has not.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are facing issues receiving a password reset Email, as your Wife is the account holder we would need to speak to her so we can assist, please ask her to give us a call, we can make sure the password is changed our end if issues still occur.
