Re: Spam Content Found

What on earth are you up to? One issue, one thread. All you have done is further delayed the Forum Team getting on the case and put me to the trouble of merging your two threads which if separate would have caused nothing but confusion. The advice I gave you asked you to post nothing until asked by the Forum Team because they will want unedited headers etc. They will ask for what they want.

Re: Spam Content Found

Actually my main concern is that you've posted the recipients email address.

This is a public forum and spammers can and do search message boards for addresses.

Virgin's Forum Team will be along to this thread in due course but it can has been taking upwards of a week.  In the meantime I shall flag the post to the moderators so the email address in question can be masked.

Ravenstar68

Edit - If I my say so I see you sign with both DomainKeys and DKIM - DomainKeys is rather defunct now, DKIM was actually built upon the DomainKeys standard so in reality I'd sign with DKIM and drop the DomainKeys.

However it does bother me that the DKIM signature isn't given more weight when determining whether the mail is spam.

Re: Spam Content Found

Hi rcoady,

Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with emails being bounced.

Please send me a PM (Purple Envelope, top right hand corner) with the

header of the failed sent email, which should be included as an attachment in the failed delivery notification/ bounce back message. If you are unable to send a header the SMTP logs should do.

Speak to you soon.

Emma
