I haven't been table to access my mails via my Mac for months now.
The Inbox doesn't load.
I use Mac Mail, which is fine, and can access mails via my phone. But nothing on my Mac. Was rather hoping that Virgin would fix the problem. But they haven't. I know I'm not the only one experiencing issues. Any sign of a breakthrough?
For what it's worth my Broadband has disappeared altogether three times in the last month but, luckily, my direct debit is still being processed.
I am sorry you are having problems with email on Mac mail, I have checked all your mailboxes here for SMTP/POP3/IMAP and they seem to be working. Best to check that you have the correct settings Using Virgin Media Mail with Mail Clients and if that is fine perhaps have a word with Apple support.
