Getting a problem sending mail to virgin media accounts

We are having an issue sending email to virgin media (ntlworld) accounts:

mx4.mnd.ukmail.iss.as9143.net #<mx4.mnd.ukmail.iss.as9143.net #5.2.0 smtp;554 5.2.0 iYri1t0082C3utU01YrjdU Spam content found> #SMTP#

Have gone through the following:

We aren't having any other problems with any other provider.

Still waiting on an answer for this. This is really annoying I don't have a problem with any other provider.

And each time you bump your post you'll wait longer. This can only be dealt with by the Forum Team and posts are dealt with in strict date order. Current waiting time is about 7 days due to the volume of traffic here. This problem is not one that can be dealt with by other users giving you support and answering. This worse than I thought. How on earth do think that my reply constitutes a solved problem and deserves a helpful answer tick? That tick is only to be used for full resolution of your issue. If you want to say thanks, try giving Kudos. Please correct by removing the tick. The option is in "Post Options".

I've taken the liberty of flagging this to a mod to get them to remove the helpful answer and to get the Forum Team to take a look as it's been about a week since you made your initial post.

Have a read of this and you will see what is causing the problem.
