When I try to send an email I keep getting this error message. What can I do to fix it..??
Check the content of the message you are sending. I presume this is an outbound mail you are sending using Webmail from the message, can you confirm this?
Virgin's servers are very restrictive - insanely so and will not send any messages they deem to be spam. Sometimes an email signature can trigger this response.
