Emails to me from one address being rejected.

First thing you can do is change your default spam settings.

Thanks, but this has just started. I'd not changed anything... I am somewhat bemused.

I didn't say you had changed anything - BUT - the fact is that Virgin's Spam filters were set to reject mail by default.

So while Virgin may have accepted the mail before, for some reason the mail is now being classified as spam and so the Virgin servers are rejecting it as per the user settings.

So by changing the settings you can get the mail at the very least into your spam folder.
