Hi. I have read the stcky, and have a similar problem with Spam content found 554 5.2.0 message when sending to ntlworld and virgin.net email addresses that previously worked.
Fails from both my gmail.com and virgin.net accounts, even ones connected through the same modem!
We are currently in our holiday home in Spain. Always worked before, so what has changed? I suspect it is being caused by our new Orange 4g internet connection and Orange modem.
Any help out there?

Seems I'm not the only one suffering bounced emails on Virgin media / ntlworld addresses. And what is Virgin doing? From what I see diddly-squat!
The only advice seems is to ask recipients to make changes. Why should they? They expect to receive mail w/o the need to be a tech-savvy whizz.
Come on Virgin. Fix your problems. No excuses about who runs your servers. It's your business.
Does Virgin Media monitor or answer any complaints about their rubbish email service and the high email rejection rate, marked as 'spam'?
I think this calls for much wider publicity. Who would consider moving to Virgin Media service when you cannot guarantee receiving all your mails. The chocolate teapot analogy is about right!
