When I try to open my virgin email program it will take a while to open and sometimes will not open at all I just have a white screen, so I have to close it and try again, there isn't any error message there at all.
I have windows explorer 11 but it is the same in firefox.
Any one got any suggestions to try to get it to work properly
This is a bit vague on the symptons, TBH but I'll try to help.
I surmise that you are using Internet Explorer 11 as your main web browser and viewing your VM e-mail through that. Only viewing e-mail is a bit hit and miss. Everything else works OK? I am working on that basis.
So you need to open IE11 and clear your browser cache and cookies. Google for how to do this. Then try your web mail again. Do the same in Firefox.
