Email Sending and Receiving

Your earlier post advising of "some delays" is a joke.  I have had problems with your email system since the middle of last year and they have only continued to get worse since then, to the point where I have three email accounts that don't send or receive properly.  A month ago after I complained on this forum there appeared to be some action, however we are still no further along with it and no information as to when there is ever going to be a solution. 

If you are having difficulties resolving a problem the professional way of providing customer service would be to provide either a re-direct to another email account or provide completely different accounts using equipment that is known to be working properly, but clearly that isn't the Virgin way.
