E-mails outbound from our organisation keep bouncing
E-mails we are sending outbound from our domain "riverside-church.org.uk" keep getting rejected by members of our church congregation who have e-mail addresses with you. Our technical team have investigated and report that you have blacklisted the IP address that our domain is held with because of a rogue company that used the service provider's server to send out spam.
Can you amend your blacklist please, as it's causing mighty inconvenience!

Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with emails being bounced.
Are you getting the message 'Spam Content Found'?
If so please pop across the header of the failed sent email, which should be included as an attachment in the failed delivery notification/ bounce back message to me via PM. (Purple Envelope, top right hand corner).
