Cannot sign in to email (ntlworld) on my computer, but I can on iphone
I've been having problems logging into my ntlworld.com email on my computer for some time now. However, I am running this account no problem from other peripherals such as iphone, ipad etc. I have cleared cookies from my computer and started over many times, but I still cannot login. Also it says that this email is my secondary email but I have never used any other email. Your help would be appreciated, thanks.

I am sorry you are having problems signing into the account from one device. We do still have an intermittent issue although that may not be your problem. What browser are you using? is it the latest version? Perhaps it is worth trying another one for diagnostic purposes.
If the email address you are using is the same one that you have registered on this forum then that was created after the primary one so hence is a secondary mailbox. Please log into My Virgin Media using your primary username to view details.
