yes indeed, WiFi does win.But unfortunately, the Hub3 (or Virgin customer services for that matter) are not ftw.After spending numerous hours frustrated by foreign call centres, and posting numerous links on community support, aswell as going instore 3 times, only to get blank looks when I ask them," why do I have latency /ping issues, at 130ms ping?" Ermmmm? NO ANSWER. Download speed is fine yes,but how can anyone try and play games with latency 4X the national average (and 3X slower than my Giffgaff phone on tethered mode?) I will alas,continue to be ignored, told the hub3 is fine,and to buy a ethernet cable and put in modem mode,like I haven't already done this.Everytime you try and access help n support online, it says 'sorry,can't find that page' or 'nobody online chat at the moment ' it's ridiculous. can someone please sort out my ridiculously slow ping please? Or just order me a hub2, as I believe it is a well documented issue with the hardware, that I cannot be sure exactly what.I just want what I pay for, a normal Internet connection, not a degree in computing to set it up once the engineer disappears..
