Headline first, detail later: Have VM improved or got worse in terms of reliability and customer service since 2011?
Reason I ask is I left VM when I moved in 2011. Since then, there's been no cable in my area so I've gone with BT for landline (and other ISP for broadband) and Sky for TV.
Strange how much I've missed cable - especially when it's stormy and satellite not so good. Now VM is about half a mile away installing cable so I assume (I may be wrong) they'll end up here soonish.
VM's customer service was appalling and, judging by cablemystreet being down for days may not have improved. Are they as bad or has there been any improvement?
Nothing has changed. Only ownership.
