Regarding the Investigatory Powers Bill, we understand your concerns and can confirm we have been working very hard alongside other providers to ensure that various concerns are being heard by government. However, we do not believe it is appropriate to speak directly on behalf of all of our customers as our customers are diverse and are likely to hold a wide ranging set of views on this matter.
We suggest you contact your MP to ensure he or she is aware of your concerns, as ultimately it will be for Parliament to decide these matters. Once Parliament has decided, we will comply with our legal obligations.
