I am talking to probably the 10th separate person for this. Its a clear huge system fault that seems to not link stream with accounts that no one can/will fix. Tickets raised, complaints made and no action. Clearly an issue with streaming subscriptions but no resolution or accountability. Mine been faulty since 23rd Nov and still no resolution. They also said not to worry as the background team are going to resolve this. They just need five more days. unbelievable the month subscription will be over by then. on a side note the complaint team asked for a suitable time to call, then called five minutes earlier despite me saying I would be on my commute. They followed up with another patronising email saying how grateful they are for my custom….. Asked us be disconnected and transferred to sky, they couldn’t even do that. Why advertise it if it’s not possible? Kids going mad as not been able to watch their favourite Christmas films. And I’m still paying for it despite not having it.….. wait another 2 to 5 days I guess. Seriously Re: Sky Cinema stops working on stream box Hello, I’ve managed to work out Channel 4 by contacting their help team and rebooted the system I’m still to be resolution of sky cinema. Been on the help lines 3 times. Every time they say call back in two days. I call back in two days then they say no needs to be five days. I’m getting furious over the chat of the poor people of the help lines. I added the subscription on the 24th of November for Christmas films, is now nearly Christmas Eve. Everyone seems to be relying on this magical Office. Nobody can contact The back office. No one can prioritise the complaint. Nobody gets back to you. I Rarely use these forms, but I’ve honestly never known such awful service to get such a simple issue fixed. I guess I just wait for someone to say wait another two days, and the month will be up with the subscriptions over. Re: 4200 drm failed on stream Despite it being a new box, and trying every cable, I called Channel 4 who advised to clear the cash/reboot with recent software upgrade, and this fixed it! Who would’ve thought! Re: 4200 drm failed on stream Sorry Roy I ticked the wrong button there! Have tried every port on the HDMI, with the lead they gave us for the stream box, sadly not working. Strangely they replaced our box recently and it worked on the old box with the same HDMI. Very puzzling, don’t know who to contact Channel 4 Virgin Media??
