I have an ntlworld.com email address. All the bounced messages have the "Hourly ratelimit for your IP exceeded message". Yet other messages I receive no problem. In the screenshot below, delivery of Digest 14 was attempted numerous times over 2-3 days and now has Bounced status. Yet other Digests (e.g Digest 13, 15 and 16) from the same io-group were received no problem. But again Digest 17 is being bounced this morning?? Re: Not receiving emails from groups.io I have had no bounces since 8.52am this morning (28 Sept) and no unsuccessful attempts at delivery since 10.51am this morning. All these had the message "Hourly ratelimit for your IP exceeded". So I am hopeful the problem is fixed. However, the initial problem arose ten days ago (!) with groups.io messages being unsuccessful then bounced with this message "Connections from your IP 66.175.222.108 have been disallowed by admin policy". This presumably caused messages to be continually resent by groups.io? Do you know what caused the original problem Carley? Re: Not receiving emails from groups.io Am still having issues - odd messages from groups.io are coming through (some a couple of days old) but most are bouncing still. Also not yet been contacted by Virgin Media since a ticket was raised on Friday. Alan Re: Not receiving emails from groups.io It's not the browser that is the problem. It is Virgin Media blocking the many daily messages we receive from groups.io IP addresses since Tuesday. The messages reach non-Virgin email addresses no problem, but Virgin seem to have blacklisted these. I have raised a ticket with Virgin after phoning 150. Re: Not receiving emails from groups.io I phoned Virgin Media on 150 and eventually got the lady in the call centre to raise a ticket to their technical team in the UK. Quoted time of 5 working days. I have the group.io IP addresses that seem to be blacklisted by Virgin Media that they need to whitelist. Hopefully can get to speak to someone who understands what the problem is and fix it. Not receiving emails from groups.io Since sometime yesterday (19 Sept) I have stopped receiving all emails from all the groups on groups.io I subscribe to.
