One thing is odd and that's all the Post RS errors arrive together, zero one minute and the next this lot appear, whilst the Pre RS errors clock up slowly over time. An intermittent VM network error? Not sure if the Post RS errors are related to the hub reboots? Yes, every connection stops during the hub reboot. As long as it takes the hub to reboot, three to five minutes? System maintenance? Can you check your VM logs to see if this is the case? Whatever the cause, regular hub reboots in the early hours are unacceptable. Can you please investigate. My contract is up in two months and I need this to be fixed before I renew. After hours of bellyaching to VM tech support they agreed that it shouldn't be rebooting and sent me another new Hub 5 which I fitted on Saturday. It has just rebooted (Cable Modem Reboot because of - unknown) at 02:45 this morning ☹️. I think my problem is network related because I get intermittent bursts of pre and post RS errors. VM engineer came last month and couldn't see anything on his monitor so changed the hub, but that's the nature of intermittent faults. Happily, I'll be out of contract in 2 months. Peace at last Having been bothered by daily unsolicited calls from VM sales, always at an inconvenient time, I blocked 0800 052 1251. Still they keep trying, twice yesterday, but my phone just logs them as a blocked call. If I ever need to change to the most expensive package with extras I don't need or want, I'll know who to call.
