Compromised Emails
I have a blueyonder email account which I have had for many years. A few years ago the account was compromised resulting in Virgin temporily blocking the account. The account was receiving a huge number of spam and phishing emails. I started a new email address and changed all my passwords. Consequently this seems no longer to be a problem since I changed my email address although I still receive a dozen or so dodgy emails each week on the old blueyonder address. Is it possible to close down this old "blueyonder" account? The only emails I receive on this blueyonder address are from Virgin themselves (bills, account changes, etc).46Views0likes3Comments
