Re: Stop auto play of next recorded episode If you want to change the default setting go to Settings, System, Recording settings and change the Extra time after to 15 minutes. If it's just individual recordings you want to add extra time to, you can use the Advanced options and add up to 3 hours, I use this for the F1, get the race and all the chat afterwards and Ted's notebook all in one recording. Re: House extension, new coax I very much doubt that Virgin will install cables under anything that's not been built they need access to the cable's in case there's a problem. You could put trunking in with pull cord's, you can't install your own coax cable, you also can't have 360 coax connected boxes in all the room's there was a maximum of 1 main box and 2 mini boxes. You might think about cancelling any multiroom boxes you have and then start again after your build is complete, new multiroom customers get streaming boxes (now called Apollo) which don't need a coax connection so just connect by wi-fi if you don't get ethernet ports in every room. Re: 360 recordings and schedules all disappeared If the box is deleting your recordings and planned recordings then it is faulty and needs replacing, can you still pause and rewind live TV which is a test of the hard drive. You could try factory reset of the box and if you have no recordings select the format option and if or when you lose everything then phone Virgin. Re: My apps wont play Is it all apps including iPlayer, these all rely on your network connection is it ethernet cable or wi-fi, you can check the internet connection by going to Settings > System > Diagnostics. If you are using ethernet cable try removing the ethernet cable from the 360 and try using wi-fi to see if that makes any difference. If it's just the same try a factory reset of the box using the keep recordings option if it's still the same you might need the box replacing, any other issues with failed recordings or deleted recordings. Re: Can't watch from start If you have a look at the TV guide if the channel and programme has the Startover feature the Startover symbol is white if it's available and grey if it's not available yet, you usually see this when the programme is running and it changes to white when the programme finishes and is available using the channels streaming service. Re: LG Magic Remote no longer controls Virgin TV360 Does the LG remote control any thing on the 360, if you select the 360 from the left hand side of the TV screen does it select the More Actions menu and allow you to do anything. Have you tried both Ziggo Set-Top box and Ziggo Mediabox Next, my LG is paired using Set-Top box but I believe Mediabox Next works on some LG's. Re: ethernet control From the OP posts he has a V6 box and been advised that the box will be just be software updated to 360, so the hardware stays the same with a ethernet connector.
