So far, no silent no number calls since, fingers crossed it continues that way!! Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved) I appear to be getting nine of these "no number" silent calls every 24 hours, most of them are overnight! There seems to be only one upside to the phone being on the hub, I don't seem to be getting the cold calls that do ring and sometimes leave weird messages!! Virgin certainly need to get their act together and not keep putting the blame on everyone and everything else. I know from looking on here that some people are getting far more of these "no number" calls than myself so, very random........ Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved)We certainly should be compensated, this is a ridiculous situation. We're certainly not getting the service we should expect at the prices we're paying. With reference to the actual phone calls, the time changes by a minute every few days, mine are all showing a 5 on the end now. Also, now we're on British Summer Time the clock isn't changing!!!Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved) I previously had the old hub 3 and only changed to a Hub 5 ready for VOIP which is now up and running, hence the problems! Regardless of which hub you have it appears virgin's prices go up Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved) I don't know if anyone is still interested but, my calls are all now with the time of a 2 on the end and, also, it keeps putting the time on the phone one hour ahead! Wonder what it'll do when the clocks change this weekend!!?? Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved) The only other phone I have is a very old corded phone and that's a BT phone as well! If you have any advice as to whether this problem would be solved with another make of phone I'd love the advice. Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved) I have a BT6500 Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved) All my calls times end in a 3...... Re: Constant "no number calls" since moving to IP Telephone from landline (Home) (Resolved) I have been receiving these calls since my phone has been activated to use with my new Hub 5. I have phoned my landline from my mobile and that works fine, as does my broadband.
