What do I need to do? Click here to log in to My Virgin Media and request your update. Alternatively, you can visit the ‘Apps and Games’ section on your current TV box and select the ‘Upgrade now’ app. Simply follow the steps on the screen. We’ll send you a new 360 remote, and an ‘Install now’ app will appear to help you finish setting things up. Here’s how it works We can’t transfer your recordings and settings when you switch to 360, so make sure you watch the shows you need to before you hit that button. You can still watch many of them on Catch Up or On Demand (depending on which TV pack you have). Watch our handy video on how to complete the upgrade, here. Waiting for 2FA code for banking, supposed to be valid for 10 mins, was sent by bank 15 mins ago, NOT RECEIVED YET, asked for a resend, which they state they have sent 5 mins ago, yet, NOTHING. strange that they can receive mine, but I cannot get theirs? Also, just tried to send an email to my VM account from a talk talk one 10 mins ago, and that hasn't arrived either!! So, VM, Now what's the problem. Unable to use banking because you can't provide a 'working' service.. Re: Wish to raise a compliant regarding VM treating their customers like idiots! Anyone thinking of joining VM really needs to READ this FIRST, then, look elsewhere. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.virginmedia.com Reason becomes fairly obvious. VM come bottom of the pile for a Reason. Not only on Trustpilot, but several other surveys as well!! Re: Bill gone UP, despite negotiating a new contract for LESS!! Hi John, Reply sent, with requested info. Regards, Bill gone UP, despite negotiating a new contract for LESS!! OK, contract ended next month, and managed to get the same deal on a lower price, for next 18 months. Paperwork done, and emails received saying all is sorted. Yet, have now received a bill for MORE than the agreed new deal, in fact 60% MORE!!. (£160 instead of £100) for the next month!! So, looks like I will be cancelling, (within 14 days cooling off period) and moving somewhere else. Rip off VM.
