Don't just accept the first code that seems to work when using the 0999 method. Often they are only partial matches and continuing testing using 0999 results in a fuller match. Enter the code 0999 to access the TV code database – the LED will flash green twice. 3. Press channel up until a code turns off the TV – the LED will flash green each time a code is sent. 4. When the TV turns off, release channel up and press standby on the remote to turn the TV back on. 5. Press vol +/- and mute to check that the remote is working with your TV. If they don’t, continue to search using channel up until the next code turns off the TV, and repeat steps 4 and 5. 6. When the Volume and Mute keys work, press OK to store the code. The LED will then flash green twice. Re: Late Payment Letter Received for Already-Paid Bill Hi burner8244 It's safe to ignore the letter. Your account shows the sum of £313.28 was paid on April 29th. The late payment letter is dated 28th April. It was therefore created and posted the day before you made your payment (29th April) Re: New controller not working Hi benw611 The 360 stream/flex boxes use the same remote. Have you tried inserting new batteries and also pulled the plastic tab out from the back of the 360 remote so the batteries can make contact and allow the remote to work? Also are you using the correct 'TV'button? It's the 'Live TV' (the one on the right hand side directly below the red power/standby button) and '0' button together for around 10/15 seconds. The Standby button should then start to flash followed by an onscreen message displaying 'Pairing successful - this remote will only work with this Virgin 360 box'. Re: Live TV Only Hi Dcrawshaw Since your 360 is stuck on the Welcome screen you should try the following:- Turn off the 360 by the switch on the back of the box; then on the front of the 360 box hold down both the power button and the - (minus) button at the same time. Then turn on the 360 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds. If the power button and the - button workaround doesn't solve it then try using the power button and the + (plus) button at the same time instead. Re: Updates Hi bitsandpcs Updates regarding your current TV360 box are usually posted <here> The <Digital-life blog> often details updates, others may be posted as stickies in their respective community forum board. General VMO2 press releases/news including updates are usually posted on the https://news.virginmediao2.co.uk/ blog, although sometimes general press releases are published earlier on some websites/newspapers VMO2 may also make news and updates announcements via the respective set top boxes and also via the <TV edit blog> or email Re: TV360 NIGHTMARE Screens turning purple or blue are often due to faulty HDMI cables or ports, or HDMI's cables being loose. Can you please answer the questions asked by forum staff on your last thread with the same issue, ' What else is this doing, does it not just turn on after being in standby? Is there any pixilation or error messages? ' /Virgin_TV_360/tv360-frustration/5634009 Re: Screen is black What happens if you swap the tivo boxes around? Re: Connection problem Have you tried following the online help for /tv-error-codes/cs9995/start Re: Sky Sports App Wont Log In Error 400 can be due to a typing error, but more than likely due to a corrupt browser or dns settings. Have you tried a different browser or clearing the browser cache or dns? Re: Sky + red button on mobile phone Hi jackwalker Yes you can watch the live Sky Sports+ red button content by using the Sky Sports mobile app which is available free to all Sky Sports subscribers
