"I’ve been without WiFi" Unfortunately I cannot help with your problem, but please when you communicate with VM refer to it as your ‘Broadband Connection’ not ‘WiFi’. If you mention WiFi some of the telephone agents will go off on a tangent. Re: SYNC timeouts - Degrading service, 20-30 drops a day... HELP! If you copy and paste the board software will replace the MAC addresses with **********. Re: What colour should led be on Hub5 in modem mode In modem mode the LED on a Hub5 should be green. Re: Cannot set up hub Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday Re: Hub 5 Power Cable It should be replaced for free. The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system. Re: Tado bridge won’t connect Please note: The current line of Tado X equipment does not use an Ethernet connection, but use WiFi and Matter, so this problem does not exist with the new stuff. Anyone buying new Tado equipment would be advised to purchase the X range. Re: Upgrading hub and mixing wifi pods "So I just bought a Hub5 off Ebay (new and unused)." stolen equipment, return it. All VM equipment is rented, none can be purchased. All hubs are assigned to one account only, so you can never use another one without VM doing the reassignment which they will not do for stolen equipment. Re: Removing landline from my account/bundle "I've been told that if I do this, the landline will still partially work and be able to ring and accept incoming calls, (without any fees), but I'd be unable to make outgoing calls. Is this true ?" Sounds like offshore customer services making up responses again. If you remove your landline from a bundle it will probably cost you more than with it and probably you will get a new contract. It’s the way VM bundles work. Re: Tado not working on HUB 5 "I bought a Hub 3 from ebay", it stolen goods, all VM equipment is rented to you and cannot be purchased. Return it and get your money back. Re: Where to find the password for my Hub 5 of VM broadband? If the password on the label does not work then perhaps you have changed it some time ago. You should be able to restore the hub to the original password by doing a pin-hole reset.
