Then the first time I watched TNT through the TVGO website it did on that as well and happens every single day, no pattern to it, you can watch for 10 minutes or an hour or more then it pops up! I've also changed my 2nd laptop, was using an old Dell i3 but now have an i5 with 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Win 11 Pro and Edge, does it on this one too, was watching TNT Sports 4 for the A-League Men, only watching for 35 mins and 'Not Available' pops up, this was at 11:25 am today! Wired or wireless doesn't make a difference as it happens on desktops and laptops!! Re: TVGO - Not Available 1001 My brother uses a desktop with Windows 10 and uses Chrome to watch TVGO, he does not use the Store App, and it did it 3 times last night while watching the Tottenham game on TNT Sports 3. It's an issue with Virgin, it happens on laptops/desktops, Windows 10/11 and using Chrome or Edge, escalate this higher as i'm getting fed up with the 20 questions and no resolution! You have enough information and another user has posted they have the same issue so sort it out. It's just happened now while watching Real Madrid vs Arsenal on TNT Sports 1, 15 minutes into the game and 'Not Available" has popped up, it's so annoying!! Who codes the TVGO website, just ask them to check what triggers 'Not Available' in the code for the website! Someone must know what this 'Not Available' means! It happened soon after subscribing to TNT as i've mentioned before! Re: TVGO - Not Available 1001 Did use the app many moons ago but now just use the website as I have a link that goes straight to the TV Guide, you can't do that with an app so you have to click multiple buttons just to get to the TV Guide. The other issue with app is my laptop is treated as another device and if I have already maximum devices registered I can't use the app without deleting another device! The 'Not Available' issue always happens when watching Sky Sports News via the website, it doesn't happen when watching on the Sky Sports App you have to download when logging in to the Sky Sports website via the Virgin link so it's an issue with watching Sky Sports News through Virgin TVGO website. It's happened every day this week, start watching Sky Sports News then 'Not Available' appears, no set time just randomly and does it at least twice in the time I watch it which is usually between 5pm to 6pm. The 'Are you still watching' appears to trigger after 2 hours of watching, went to TVGO website and watched the Lazio v Torino match at 8pm today which was live TV and I joined it 15 minutes after kick off! The program ended at 9:45pm and was followed by adverts and a pre-recorded program 'The Breakdown' then at 10pm the 'Are you still watching' popped up!! So its baked into whatever media player the TVGO website uses to stream TNT, so it's in effect a bandwidth cap! TVGO - Not Available 1001 Why do I keep getting this error when using the TVGO website using Edge browser on two different Laptops I use? I was watching Sky Sports News earlier today and after 10 minutes 'Not Available' popped up! It happens randomly on Sky Sports and TNT and seems to be only when watching Live broadcasts, it will just throw up Not Available and show the 1001 code? I mainly watch after 5pm and another family member watching TVGO via Chrome/Firefox on a Desktop PC also gets this problem as well? This, coincidentally, started happening since we took the free offer up to have TNT Sports added to our package because of the removal of Eurosport! And while we are on about TNT, why do I keep getting nagged with 'Are You Still Watching' and then ending the broadcast if you don't click 'Keep Watching'? I remember this was an issue when I last subscribed to TNT over a year ago and looks like no one at Virgin wants to acknowledge the problem, acknowledge it exists or offer any solution for it, so why does it happen? Re: TVGO - Not Available 1001 I'm not using the APP just watching via the web browser so that has no update facility as it should be always up to date and it only does it while watching Virgin TV through TVGO. Sky Sports News is live TV and i've just put Sky Sports News on downstairs now on my other laptop and within 5 minutes 'Not Available' pops up! It's nothing to do with licensing or broadcast rights its a TVGO issue as it does not happen when watching any other streaming services! Someone needs to take responsibility for these issues, the 'Are you still watching' nag and this 'Not Available' issue are not being investigated as no one has any idea why it happens and it feels like Virgin are just ignoring these problems! Can someone find out why 'Are you still watching' nags you and what exactly 'Not Available' means please?
